Terms of Service

DonorEZ (“the Service”), built by S9systems.com, lets registered Canadian charities issue official donation receipts. By using the Service you agree to the following.

Your responsibility for receipts

You are the issuing charity. You are responsible for the accuracy of every receipt you create, for your CRA registration status, and for complying with the Income Tax Act and CRA guidance. The Service renders receipts from the information you provide; it does not give tax or legal advice.

Acceptable use

Use the Service only to issue legitimate receipts for gifts actually received. Do not issue receipts for non-gifts, inflate eligible amounts, or share accounts with people outside your organization.

Availability & data

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty. You own your data and can export it at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or put donor data at risk.
